Bragard : The Chef’s jacket

What is the common point between Alain Ducasse, Anne-Sophie Pic and the chef of the Elysee? No, not only the French gastronomy… Their white jacket Bragard of course ! Cette semaine nous prenons le train direction Epinal! This week we are taking the train to Epinal ! You may have noticed that my way to meet the french know-how leads me to the countryside. And what a pleasure ! After the porcelaine of Limoges, I went early in the Vosges. Indeed this year, the Bragard company celebrates 85 years. For this special event, they are opening the doors of its workshops. I am honored to do so with the French Makers Production.
